  • Ad submission specifications:
    Full page- 7.5”x10”

    Send electronic files:
    Camera ready; your file size should be the finished ad size without bleeds, crops, or registration marks.

    SCCSS cannot resize your ad. Please send ads that exactly match the size and dimension specifications described above.
    With pictures embedded and at no less than a 300 ppi resolution (900 x 900 pixels)

    MUST have all fonts rendered to outline in PDF, JPG, or TIF format.

    One-half page- 7.5”x5” horizontal (landscaped) or 3.75”x10” vertical (portrait)

The South Carolina Council for the Social Studies would like to invite you to vend/exhibit at the 2026 Annual Conference. 

Vendors/Exhibitors are invited to set up their booth on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. We would also like to invite you to a reception on Thursday evening. This is a great way to have a start to the Conference.

Due to the historic nature of Francis Marion, we will be limited to 25 vendors. All will be single booths.

7:30AM - 5:00 PM
Please plan to join us for a vendor reception on Thursday evening and continental breakfast in the Vendor Area and lunch on Friday. You will be able to break down your booth at 5:00 PM.
Vendors/Exhibitors will be able to register for a booth and pay by credit card using this secure site. Online registration is preferred to insure accuracy of information; however, for those wishing to pay by check, please begin the process of registering online. While doing so, you will be given the opportunity to print an invoice. Please process this invoice and mail payment to SCCSS at the following address:
